Kenneth Lloyd Dickson "Together Again"
WILLARD a" Ken Dickson beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully at his home in his sleep March 12, 2012. Dad was born September 14, 1934 in Ogden, Utah to Lloyd and Twila Dickson. He grew up in Trenton, Utah.
He married Delores Gonzales September 29, 1965 in Elko, Nevada. She passed away March 27, 2004. Dad retired from Hill Air Force Base and Box Elder School District. Dad was a caring family man, who enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family. He loved all family outings. He always said that is what holds families together, that and our faith in Heavenly Father. Dad had a great sense of humor. He always let you know how much he loved you.
Dad is survived by his children: Doug Hopkin, Christy Riggs, Tim Dyer, Mitch (Laurie) Dickson, Lorie Dickson, and Wesley Dickson, his beloved granddaughter Brandy (Geovanni) Gavilanez and many grand and great-grandchildren.
Dad was preceded in death by his wife, Delores; parents; sisters, Sara (Harold) Butters and Donna (Don) Cornish and stepson Jim Gonzales.
We will deeply miss his smile, honesty and his deep compassion to point out all the blessings we had and cherished every moment of our lives. He had a very special bond with his daughter Lorie. She lovingly cared for him up to his death.
We will miss you Dad!
