He was born October 21, 1963 in Ogden the son of Harold B. and Charlie Patricia Geiger Ellsworth. The love of his life was Velva Brumfield.

Kelly was raised in Willard and resided in Salt Lake.

He was a member of the Catholic Church.

He loved his art and music.

Surviving are his son Danny Joe Ellsworth, Salt Lake City; daughter Melissa Ellsworth, Corinne; mother Charlie Higgins, South Jordan; father Harold Ellsworth, Pagosa Springs, CO; brother Michael Ray Parker, Ogden; sisters Cheryl Parker, Huntsville; and Michelle Ellsworth, South Jordan.

Preceded in death by his son Andrew and grandson Jr. Leah,

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Clearfield City Cemetery. Friends and family may call Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Lindquist''s Clearfield Mortuary, located at 1050 South State St.
