Keirra Aleise Clark Eames, our amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend passed away unexpectedly on April 3, 2026, at her home in Perry, Utah. She was 33 years old. She leaves behind her “boys,” husband Tyler, and sons Ryder and Dash. They will miss her beyond words.
Keirra was born January 29, 1993, in Ogden, Utah the daughter of Jamie and Debbie Clark. Keirra grew up in the Syracuse/Clinton area the youngest of four children. Having 3 older brothers meant she was equally teased and cherished. Keirra’s love of music began young while singing and playing with her brothers and parents. They performed at various events and during the Christmas holidays. As she got older, she kept performing and won Syracuse Idol during Heritage Days. That love of music carried her throughout her life, and she has passed that down to her sons. Her favorite place was next to Tyler as he accompanied her on guitar. Music connected her to her father as well, whom she loved dearly and has missed since his passing.
Keirra graduated from Syracuse High School in 2011 where she met the love of her life, Tyler Eames. They began dating in 2010 and married in 2013. From this union came two boys, Ryder and Dash. They had just bought a new home in Perry with room enough for her boys, the dogs and Hoggle, the one-eyed cat. She had started to make their house a home with decorating and her new love of plants.
In 2019, Keirra faced a life-threatening illness which resulted in the loss of her right arm. Even though Keirra faced outstanding odds, she came back and fought to stay here with her family and friends. Even though Keirra lost her ability to play music as she once had, she learned to play the piano with one arm and continued to share her voice with all those around her.
Keirra worked at Maria Montessori Academy in North Ogden and loved her time there. She made so many friends and her students loved her. Keirra found so much joy and happiness being with the people there and held them close to her heart even after she left.
Keirra was very passionate about the things she believed in. She was an advocate for mental health and spoke often of how she was working so hard to be whole and healthy for her boys. She believed in equality and human rights for all, accepting everyone and loving people where they were. She was a safe place to land and easy to talk to.
As Keirra’s Instagram page stated, “Arm? Gone. Humor? Intact.” And her humor did stay intact. She was “Miss Sassypants,” and told you exactly what she thought. She was obsessed with pickles, loved music and movies and could quote any movie anytime anywhere.
Keirra believed “Family comes first, then comes everything else,” and she meant it. Her life revolved around her family and friends. She was in daily contact with nieces and nephews who lovingly referred to her as “Aunt Kiki,’ and reached out frequently to connect with the people in her life that she loved. She was generous, kind, and inclusive.
Keirra is survived by her husband, Tyler and her sons Ryder and Dash. Her mother Debbie Clark and brothers Shaylon Clark, Shelby Clark and Taylor (Ashley)Clark, her mother and father-in-law Tammy and Travis Heslop, sisters-in-law Heather Sherwood, Michelle Paskett (Ryan) and brother-in-law Gage Heslop, many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. She was proceeded in death by her father, Jamie Clark, sister-in-law, Lisa Marie Eames, and aunt, Lynda Cline.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday April 11, 2026, at Lindquist Syracuse Mortuary at 869 S. 2000 W at 11:00. Friends may visit with the family at a viewing Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the mortuary, and again before the service from 9:30-10:30am.
