Kay L. Anthony Ramsey

OGDEN - Kay L. Anthony Ramsey, 80, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2012. She was born on May 30, 1931 to Wenzel and Iva Snider Anthony in Warren, Pennsylvania. Kay grew up in Pennsylvania and later moved to California. She married Lloyd Ramsey on August 10, 1957 in Montebella, California. Lloyd and Kay moved to Ogden where she worked as an Administrative Tech for Defense Depot of Ogden.

She loved to do handiwork. Her specialty was crocheting, knitting, and needlepoint. Lloyd and Kay enjoyed camping, snowmobiling and spending time with family and friends at Bear Lake. She was a great cook. Her Waldorph rose red velvet cake was everyone''s favorite. Kay enjoyed reading.

Kay is survived by her husband, Lloyd; son, Chad A.; daughter, Beth (Tom) Bowers; two grandchildren, Hannah and Aaron; and sister, Jean Soliday. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.

I had the most outstanding wife. I will miss you Kay!
