Karen Harris-Unsworth

Karen Vadine Harris-Unsworth, wife of Larry Unsworth, left us the morning of December 18 after 74 years of living life. Karen was a strong woman who would fight for anyone in need of help. She was an independent thinker who never shied from speaking her mind. If she had an opinion on something you would know that opinion. She was an incredible wife, mother, and friend.

She was talented with countless interests. From Ikebana flower arrangement, rock n roll, Godzilla, painting, knitting, fishing, to her pigs. If it sparked her interest she turned it into a fire. Her greatest interest though was her 5 grandchildren. Her love for Connor, Isaiah, Audrey, Collin, and Wes was absolute. In any moment she spent with them they were all that mattered in the world.

She is survived by her husband Larry, daughters Nyoka, Heidi, and Angela, sons Ian and Jeremy, brothers Johnny, Roger, and Chris, sisters Beverly, Barbara, Debbie, Carolyn, Becky, Leslie, Katherine, and Emily. She was a strong, resilient, and brave person who will be missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

A viewing will take place on Sunday, December 28,2025 from 6:00-8:00pm at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, Utah. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 29th at 11:00am at the mortuary where friends may visit the family from 9:30-10:30am prior to the service. Interment will follow at Farmington City Cemetery.
