Justin M. Mata OGDEN – Justin Michael Mata, 17, died Friday, May 25, 2007 in Ogden from an accident. He was born February 21, 1990 in Ogden, a son of Rosendo Mata and Michele Rosas Oseguera. He was raised and educated in Ogden and was attending Washington High School. Justin enjoyed playing basketball, hiking, hunting and dancing. Most of all, he enjoyed making everyone laugh. Surviving are his mother and stepfather, Michele and Jesus Oseguera; his father and stepmother, Rosendo and Becky Montano Mata; grandparents, Mary Naranjo, Lorenzo and Mary Rosas, Andrea and Rosendo Mata, and Daniel and Aurelia Oseguera; three brothers and two sisters, Lawrence Matthew Mata, Jesus Oseguera, Jr., Angel Mata, Vanessa Oseguera and Angela Mata. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 514 – 24th Street. Friends may call at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. where Holy Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
