Joyce Bradley Dixon

Joyce Bradley Dixon, 88, passed away on December 8, 2019. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 7, 1931, the daughter of Denzil Sedgewick and Gertrude Bernadine Francis Hollarn Bradley. She received an associate degree from Utah Valley University and worked as a legal assistant.
She married Asael Jay Dixon in 1997.
Joyce was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed singing in the choir and being a visiting teacher.
Joyce donated whatever she could afford to many charitable organizations such as Disabled Veterans, Jews for Jesus, Habitat for Humanity, the Utah Food Bank, and others.
She enjoyed dancing and especially paying the keyboard at the nursing home.
Joyce is survived by her son, Randall Jay Rorden of Tucson, AZ; daughters, Beth Ann Haggett of Ogden, UT and Faith Spring Martin of Benton City, WA; 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; and brother, Hugh Bradley of Salem, UT. She was preceded in death by her husband Asael “Jay” Dixon and her parents, Denzil and Gertrude.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery. Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
