On April 10, 1993, he married the love of his life Shonna Lynn Hadden of Riverdale. Some of their greatest times were traveling with their family jewelry business. They had so many fun adventures, laughs, and loved making new memories together. His most loved time was always spending time with his family.
Joseph was a proud Veteran who was honored to serve his Country in the United States Air Force. He spent much of his service stationed at Williams AFB in Arizona during Vietnam. During his time as a 30150 Aircraft Radio Repairman, he was decorated with the Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon as well as AF Good Conduct Medal.
After leaving the military, he had an extensive career in HVAC, and was a Quality Control Engineer for Nuclear Plants across the Western States. He also loved teaching in the Weber School District and sharing his knowledge in welding and HVAC. He loved teaching the young cadets at Utah Military Academy.
Joseph was a devoted Christian who later became a Pastor. He was honored to perform weddings and special ceremonies. He was there to help anyone in any way he could. His kind heart and generosity was felt by all who met him.
