Joan L. Slate Hoskins, born November 16, 1932, in Ogden, Utah, to William Slate and Alice Jensen Slate. Graduated from Davis High in 1950. Married Philip S. Hoskins on November 3, 1951.
Survived by her four sons, Stephen (Pamela) Hoskins, David (Sunni) Hoskins, Scott (Aracely) Hoskins, and Mark (Yvonne) Hoskins; 17 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren; and her brother, Richard (Christine) Slate.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Blvd.
