Jeffery William Fagg, 65, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at his home in Ogden, Utah. He was born to Richard Carlisle and Haddie Hofman Fagg, on July 22, 1959, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Growing up, he enjoyed scouting and received his Eagle Scout Award at the age of 13. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and playing sports.
After graduating from Davis High School, Jeffery served in the Japan Kobe Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He spoke fluent Japanese throughout his life.
Jeffery continued his education and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Japanese. He later graduated with High Distinction from Brigham Young University with a Master of Business Administration.
Jeffery married Nancy D’Lynne Gibson on January 20, 1996 in the Salt Lake City Temple. They enjoyed 29 wonderful years together raising four kids.
He spent most of his career working at Autoliv. Over the 29 years he was there, he held various positions including Business Development Manager in the London, England office, Global Account Manager, and Director of the Asia North America Business Unit. Jeffery was able to travel around the world while working and was a member of the million-milers club.
Jeffery loved being with his family. He enjoyed family trips, visiting National Parks, hiking to the tallest point, building rockets, coin collecting, and gardening. He was a kind person who always cared for those around him.
Jeffery is survived by his wife, Nancy Gibson-Fagg of Ogden; children, Abigail (Tyler) Staten of Salt Lake City, Ethan Gibson of Ogden, Colton Gibson of Ogden, and Audrey Gibson of Ogden; his mother, Haddie Hofman Fagg of Kaysville; sisters, Stacy (Kevin) Collier of Kaysville, Carrie Workman of Kaysville, Mesha (Rob) Stone of Kaysville, and Josee (Alan) Garrard of Burley, ID. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Carlisle Fagg.
We would like to thank Caring Hearts for the care they gave over the last year and a half and Symbii Hospice for the care given the last few months, especially Jennifer and Janice.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
