Jeffery Lynn Johnston

Jeffery Lynn Johnston died Saturday, June 3, 2023, just two days of his 58^th birthday, which is June 5^th,  Jeffrey was born with Down Syndrome.

Jeffery (Jay) was living at the Northside Center in Bountiful, Utah for the last 20 years.

He is survived by a half-brother Todd Schwartz and his guardian of 40 years Kathleen (Kennedy) Setters.  He will be greatly missed by all caretakers at Northside Center and by his family.
