Jeffery Holliday

June 11, 1963 — May 25, 2021

Jeffery L. Holliday

On Tuesday May 25th 2021 Jeffery L. Holliday loving husband, father and grandfather passed peacefully with his wife by his side, in his home after a long battle with Colon Cancer.

He was born in Ogden Utah on June 11th 1963, the son of Frank L Holliday and Janet Crezee

He attended Clearfield High School and after graduating he joined and served in the US Army.

After leaving the Army he worked for Harmons as a meat butcher, Thurgood Brothers running a Backhoe, both Flying J and 7-ll part time then ended up at Autoliv where he worked on the production line building airbags for 18 years.

When Jeff was younger he loved to go hunting and hanging out with his friends. Later as he got older he liked to do word searches, wood working, taking pictures of wildlife, camping with his family, watching the Discovery, History, and Food Network Channel (driving his wife crazy) plus he liked to watch Ghost Adventures and anything to do with ghost or hauntings. While doing some of the things above you could often find him jamming out with his ear buds in listening to music.

While sitting at home when he was not doing word searches he started to do puzzles, and when his family or friends came over a lot of times they would join in. His Nurse Becky (from Hospice) would always check his progress and would encourage him to keep going when he was having a bad day.

Jeff also loved to have a four legged companions near him, not so much cats but his dogs were his best friends.

Jeff was married to Ruby Heffner and they had a daughter Jennifer Holliday. Later divorcing, he met and married his sweetheart Michelle Williams in 1998, gaining son’s Justin, Adam and daughter Ashlee Heulitt. They later had two daughters Nicole and Amber Holliday. Jeff was also blessed to become a grandpa (papa) to three grandsons Alex (AJ), Aiden and Ethan and four beautiful granddaughters, Brooklyn, Brinlynn, Abigail and Madeline.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 23 years Michelle (Williams) Holliday, Jennifer Holliday (SC) Nicole and Amber Holliday (Clinton, Utah) Justin and Ashlee Heulitt (Roy, Utah) his grandchildren and sister Jenni (Holliday) Robison (Morgan, Utah).

He was preceded in death by his father Frank L Holliday, mother Janet Crezee, brother Clayton L Holliday, father-in-law Dannie R Williams and son Adam J Heulitt.

As the family and Jeff’s wishes, we are asking that you be comfortable when attending the services that you dress casual because that is who he was JEANS AND T-SHIRTS.
