Jeannie Lee Aguilar

October 1, 1987 — February 27, 2024

Roy

Our beautiful Jeannie Lee Aguilar gained her wings on Tuesday February 27, 2024.

She was born October 1, 1987, her favorite month of the year, to Ronny and Cindy Martinez.

Jeannie married the love of her life, Omar Aguilar on September 18th, 2009. She created a beautiful family with Omar, their four kids, and an angel baby. Jeannie and Omar fell in love at a young age and spent most of their lives together. He was her soulmate and she would do anything to show her love and support for him. She was all about family, spending every minute with her kids, attending sports, school activities, and going on field trips with her babies. She loved being an auntie to her nieces and nephews, bonding with her sister and sisters in-law. She had a heart of gold, she was the type of person to give the shirt off her back to anyone.

Jeannie was a true prankster at heart. Scaring the daylights out of everyone was one of her favorite activities. If you ever spent time with Jeannie, you’ve definitely been the victim of her jump scares. In true Jeannie fashion she posted this a few months ago “When I die don’t look for me in the sunsets. I’ll be chasing you up the stairs after you turn out the lights.” So next time the chill runs up your spine, know that it is Jeannie letting you know she is here and telling you she loves you. She is known to be the strong one in her family, and she always put others before herself. She always had a smile on her face even on her bad days. She was a once in a lifetime soul, and touched many lives with her positive attitude. Her beautiful brown eyes always shined when she walked into the room, never a day she failed to put make up on, and her unique style made her stand out to everyone.

She is survived by husband Omar Aguilar, her four children; Jordan, Bentley, Brazill, and Bryzlee. Her father and mother, Ronny (Adrian, Airon, and Christina) and Cindy Martinez, her sister and brother in law Vanessa and Luis (Alazhae, Amaris, and Braylon), her mother in law Sofia, sister in laws Connie and Antonio Ramirez, Wendy and Vicente Castanon (Azul), brother in law David (Omar and Ali), and grandmother Cecilia Martinez. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, friends, and colleagues.

Jeannie is preceded in death by her angel baby Wings, her grandfathers Albert Martinez and Felix Martinez, grandmother Mary Martinez, and her father in law, Juan Aguilar. “The world may have lost a beautiful soul, but Heaven gained an angel. May your laughter and love echo throughout the ages, and your memory warm our hearts until we meet again.”

A Celebration of Life and visitation will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 6-8pm at the Lindquist Roy Mortuary, 3333 W 5600 S, Roy UT 84067. Cremation to follow. Her children ask that you wear either black, or cheetah print to the service. These were her favorite colors.
