James Gregory Hopewell

James Gregory Hopewell, 51, of Ogden, Utah, passed away on April 12, 2024, in Ogden, Utah. He was born on February 19, 1973, in Boise, Idaho.

A dedicated family man, James is survived by his loving wife, Amanda; his son, Hayden; his daughter, Heaven; granddaughters, Paisley and Primm; his father, Jimmie Hopewell; and his brothers, John (Gabriela), and Nathan (Heather) Hopewell. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Hopewell.

James served in the United States Army and dedicated his career to Hill Air Force Base. In his spare time, he enjoyed grilling, hunting, art, and ensuring the happiness of those around him.

A private graveside service will be held on April 25, 2024, at the Brigham City Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest with his mother.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
