Jack William Libby was born on August 23, 2025 at 8:49 p.m. He was 4.1 ounces and 8 inches long. He fit into the palm of our hands. He was the most beautiful baby boy. He had blonde eyebrows, long fingers, perfect little toes and he was smiling. He was 16 weeks and 3 days old when he left us far too soon.
Jack’s sweet presence brought light, hope, and love to everyone who waited for him and cherished him. Though his life was brief, his impact will last forever.
Throughout pregnancy, his mama craved orange juice every single day and when we came home, his blanket carried the gentle scent of oranges. We believe this was Jack’s way of sending us a reminder of his presence, our little angel whispering that he will always be with us.
Jack is deeply loved and remembered by his parents, Cooper William Libby and Sage Mckenzie Stromberg Libby, and his family, who longed to see him grow. He will always be our beautiful boy, our little miracle, and a piece of our hearts that we carry forever.
A private service will be held to honor Jack’s memory. In lieu of flowers, we ask that those who wish to honor him do so by sharing love and kindness in his name.
We want to thank all the nurses, doctors, and midwives for taking such good care of Sage, Cooper and baby Jack. Thank you to all the friends and family who have reached out in support. Forever loved, forever ours, our sweet Jack William.
