Holly worked as a case manager for The Road Home and other similar programs. She loved working with the disadvantaged, homeless, and jobless population. Her own life experiences helped her to easily relate to them and meet their needs.

She married James Alder in 2005. They had three children: Noelle, Oliver, and Henry. They were later divorced. She loved her children. She particularly loved Christmas time and being able to pick out presents for them.

Holly met Michael Sheranian and fell in love. They were to be married this spring Michael worked in the same profession as Holly and had many of the same life experiences. Michael was able to instill some life skill sets that Holly needed and made her life even better! They enjoyed reading and long walks every day.
