Herlado Ricardo Garcia

Heraldo Ricardo García, many knew him as Richard Garcia, or Uncle Richard, passed away of natural causes November 18, 2023, at St. Marks Hospital in Salt Lake City. 

He was born June 21, 1950, in Santa Fe, New Mexico to Celestino and Corina Maestas García. He moved to Ogden, Utah with his family in the 1950s. He grew up on Healy Street in Ogden. And lived all around the Ogden area throughout his adult life.

Heraldo is survived by his brothers, Lorenzo, Benny and Orlando Garcia; and sister; Angie Garcia. He was preceded in death by both parents and sisters, Priscilla, Carmela, Joan, and Dolores. 

He enjoyed being out and about was quite a busy body. He enjoyed his privacy and solidarity and preferred to do his own thing. We are sure he will continue to do so in the afterlife. 

Rest in Peace Uncle Richard.

May you finally find Peace. 

Following cremation, he will be laid to rest on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 3 p.m. at the Ogden City Cemetery.

There are no scheduled activities after his service.
