Gloria Lund was born on March 30, 1946, to Elwood Sayer and Florence Nolda Gerrard in Salmon, Idaho. She passed away surrounded by loved ones.
She graduated from Salmon High School. In her younger years, she enjoyed singing and was known for her strong vocal ability. She married Michael L. Lund, together they had four children, they later divorced.
Over the course of her working life, Gloria held positions in the banking industry and later worked as a medical transcriptionist in healthcare. Gloria had many interests that brought structure and enjoyment to her life. She was an experienced cross-stitch enthusiast, with a collection of completed pieces displayed throughout her home. She also loved musical theater and enjoyed attending local performances with her friends. Playing the piano was a talent that began as a young girl and continued to bring her joy throughout her life. She was also a dedicated cat owner and always kept pets close by.
Gloria was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building.
Gloria is survived by her children, Kelli Jensen, Kandi Haugen (Steven), Brandon Lund, and Tara Clark (Amanda); grandchildren, Alexis Palmer (Tyler), Madison Dallimore (Jacob), Austin Jensen, Cassidy Fowler (Kolton), Hailey Haugen; one great-grandchild, Rhiannon Dallimore and one on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elwood and Nolda Sayer and brother, Gary Elwood Sayer.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Lindquist North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 11:00 to 11:45 at the mortuary. Interment, Richmond Cemetery.
