Gary Lloyd Fredrickson

Gary Lloyd Fredrickson, 74, of Tremonton, Utah, passed away, at his home, on February 2, 2022. Gary was born in Garland, Utah on June 16, 1947, to Lloyd Conrad Fredrickson and Eva Mae Knudsen. He had four sisters, Connie, Donna, Carole, and Robin. He graduated from Bear River High School. Gary served in the navy during the Vietnam war.

He met his bride to be, Gloria Jeanne Fredrickson in April of 1970. They quickly fell in love and were married in the Logan Temple on July 20, 1970. They have two children, Steven (Steve) and Sandy. As a family they loved the outdoors and going camping.

Gary had a passion for fixing cars which led him to acquire an associate degree from Weber State University for Auto Mechanics. He was a skilled auto mechanic. He loved fixing cars, computers, and lawn mowers. His joy was to fix things for others.

Gary is survived by his wife, Gloria Jeanne and his children, Steve of Willard and Sandy of Beaver Dam; one grandchild, Danica (Chad) Sheffield and two great-grandchildren, Ruby and Violet. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Conrad Fredrickson and his mother, Eva Mae Knudson Fredrickson; and two sisters, Connie and Donna.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Tremonton 5th Ward, 251 So. Tremont St., Tremonton, Utah. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Military Honors will be accorded after the service. Services entrusted to Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary.
