Ferrol Josselyn Christensen

March 24, 1925 ~ May 29, 2015

Ferrol Josselyn Christensen, 90, passed away on May 29, 2015, of natural causes.  He was born on March 24, 1925, to John William and Henrietta Rasmussen Christensen in Brigham City, Utah, and grew up in Ogden.

He worked for Consolidated Freight Ways as a truck driver for over 40 years.

He married Shirley Horspool; they had four children; later they divorced.

Ferrol is survived by his four children, Sharon (Gene) Mayhew, Washington Terrace; Glenda (Bruce) Leslie, Sumner, Washington; Ferrol Lynn (Anne) Christensen, Fruit Heights;  and Scott (Linda) Christensen, Ogden; eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and  four great-great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and three sisters.

Friends may visit with family on Thursday, June 4, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.  Cremation to follow with no services.
