Born November 2, 1941, in Blackfoot, Idaho to Garth and Juanita Cummins.
Marie had two brothers, an older brother Bill (deceased) and a younger brother Mike, they were very close throughout their lives and enjoyed each other’s lives and families.
Marie had three children, oldest son Scott, her youngest son Garth, and her daughter Wendie. It was easy to see she loved and adored them. Add to that eight grandkids Derek, Christine, David, Shenelle, Miles, Randy, Madisen, Anthony, they were a huge part of her life, and all of them
her favorite! Marie had always hoped for great grandchildren and was blessed with nine great grandkids, which became her favorites also. They are Lilly, Lucas, Apollo, Atlas, Braxton, Bridger, Bentley, Brody, Valeria.
Every young person Marie was involved with and knew always called her “grandma noodles” and that seemed to be her nick name for a very long time by many.
Marie married Ron Arrington in 1957, they had three children (later divorced). She then married Lee Guymon, on November 17, 1986, in Reno, Nevada. They have lived in Clearfield, Utah, East Layton, Utah and Roy, Utah throughout their marriage
Maries career was always thriving. Marie was a highly skilled seamstress, and a Master Tailor. Her keen eye for detail and her ongoing goal for perfection made her a valuable asset for everyone she worked with. Marie was well known for helping people look their very best.
From there her talents flowed over into her painting, yarn arts, ceramics, and a list of things too long to even try to list that she had mastered.
Marie liked everyone and loved her friends. You could always tell when Marie was with a friend because her soft blue eyes would smile and sparkle
MARIE LOVED EVERYONE AND WAS SO, SO LOVED BY ALL OF US
BUT WE KNOW GOD LOVES HER MORE.
SHE WILL BE MISSED
