Edward Strouther Little
LAYTON- Edward Strouther Little passed on January 10, 2017. He was born to Nell and John Little on December 19, 1937 in McAlister, Oklahoma; the second of three children.
Ed was a lover of nature, animals, music, cars, politics and reading. He had a particular love for national and state parks, introducing his children early to the joy of camping and hiking. Ed possessed a spirited sense of humor complimented by an "out of the box" view of the world. Ed worked on the maintenance/custodial crew for the LDS church for much of his career; consistently providing an honest living for his family.
Edward is survived by his children; Ron (Stephanie) Little of Elko, Nevada and Tamara Little of Springville, Utah; his sister Louise Walton of Perris, California; and his grandchildren Danyl Worthy of Salmon, Idaho and David Little of Elko, Nevada.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd. Friends may visit with family Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary.
Interment, Syracuse City Cemetery.
