Dorothy Jean Broersma beloved mother, sister, daughter and friend born December 10 1961, was called to walk the stairway to heaven in the early morning hours on January 1, 2022. With that walk she joins her parents, Faye and Sylvia Jones; sisters, Annette, Janette, Carol; and her dog, Tinka. She leaves behind a son, Jason; daughter in-law, Miriam; and grandson, Malakai; sisters, Sylvia Mae, Linda, and Helen; brothers, Claude, Frank, and Darrell; and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her family of many years from Idle Isles Candies and many other friends.

Rest In Peace Dorothy. You will be missed by many.

Friends may visit with family on Sunday, January 16, 2022 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
