Donna Rae Clements

Donna Rae (Stewart) Clements passed away on June 8, 2023 at the age of 91. She was born on December 28, 1931 to Duncan and Thelma Stewart. 

Donna is survived by her children, Laron Clements, Cherie (Michael) Almond, Michael Clements, Harold (Marty) Clements, and Kent (Tamey) Clements; sons-in-law, Verl Trickett and Gary Widders her two siblings: Arza (Marianne) Stewart, and Faun (Dennis) Black; brothers-in-law, Parley Mitton, Gary Farr, and Fred Bos, and sister-in-law, Joan (Ronald) Bierman.  She also has 32 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren. 

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; her daughters, Geraldine and  Rae Jean; daughter-in-law, Tammy Clements; grandchildren, Brandon Widders, Tyler Almond, and Shawn Meziere; great-grandchild, David Sjostrom; brother, David Stewart; sisters, Gay Mitton, Marilyn Chugg, Beth Vance, and Gwen Farr; sisters-in-law, Janet Bos and Marilyn Clements; and brother-in-law, Leonard Clements,

Donna graduated from Ogden High School and was a homemaker throughout her life.  She was a temple worker at the Ogden L.D.S. Temple prior to her husband’s passing.  Her kids fondly remember her home-made bread, cinnamon rolls, pineapple upside down cake, and chocolate chip cookies.

The family would like to thank Verl Trickett and his late wife Geraldine as well as Kent and Tamey Clements for their devotion to Donna’s constant care during the last five years of her life.  We would also like to thank her hospice care providers Taylor and Tammy for their many hours of service.  Finally, there are many of Donna’s children and grandchildren who have greatly assisted with her care, and we appreciate your kindness and love.  

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 11 a.m. Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. the mortuary. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
