She was born November 5, 1939 the daughter of Richard Forrest and Faye Brewer in Laramie, Wyoming.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
