Darrell Eugene Lindsey
Darrell Eugene Lindsey passed away Thursday October 27, 2011 in Bountiful Utah. He was born February 9, 1929 to Don Carlos Lindsey Sr. and Vera Mae Dixon in Gilmer, TX.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and worked at the Hotel Utah for 43 years.
Preceded in death by his parents; step mother Gwendolyn Tosh Lindsey; brothers Delbert, Travis and Howard; sister Vera Mae and brother in law Bill Rast.
Survived by Myrlene L. Rast, sister; Don Carlos (Barbara) Lindsey, brother; Mary Martha (Don) Seahorn, sister; Orval (Carolyn) Lindsey, brother; Bill (Molly) Lindsey, brother; Tim (Joni) Lindsey, brother.
Graveside services will be held 1 pm Saturday October 29, 2011 at the Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 S. 200 W. A visitation will be held 11:30 am a€" 12:30 pm at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. prior to the graveside services.
The family would like to thank North Canyon Care Center and his hospice team. He knew he was loved.
