Dale Leroy Knutson, 77, passed away at Chancellor Gardens in Clearfield, Utah on August 21, 2021.
He was born June 13, 1944 in Denver, Colorado to Harold Melvin and Viola Alverta Tuckine Knutson.
He lived in Denver, Colorado, Santa Clarita and Fresno, California.
He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He married Darlene Susan Chouinard on August 18, 2001 in Santa Clarita, California. He worked as a printer after attending trade school.
He is survived by his wife Darlene, daughter Kaisee (John) Pelino, Castic, CA, son Kristopher (Laura) Knutson, Redlands, CA., his step-children; Mike (Emily) Mailliard, Kaysville, UT, Christine (Curtis) Kotter, Eagle Mountain, UT, and Kelly (Brent) Pelham of Desert Hot Springs, CA.
Friends may visit with family Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah from 6 to 8 p.m.
