Daizy Pama Spitzenberg

February 21, 1971 ~ January 7, 2022

It is with sadness that the family of Daizy P. Spitzenberg announces her passing on January 7, 2022, at the age 50.

Daizy and Fereti and their children, were sealed for time and all eternity in the Ogden LDS Temple in December 2012. Daizy served a year and half as a missionary and held callings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Daizy worked for the State of Utah for 14 years in the department of JJS, as a Youth Counselor, loved by her co-workers and the youth she worked so hard to change their lives for the better. She loved people without knowing them, she was compassionate towards others and loved others without knowing their situation.

She also led a life full of accomplishments and love; none of which she was prouder of than her beautiful family. She lived her life for her two children, Rhoanne and Aiko, teaching them to live a life of righteousness, serve the Lord and love others.

My beautiful wife was kind, loving, soft spoken, and compassionate to others. She will be forever remembered by her husband of 24 years, Fereti; and her children, Rhoanne Limalia Kamala and Aiko Leute Spitzenberg and her parents, Tagiilima and Malia Samuelu Pule Afitu Utoofili and her siblings, Leon Peacecorp Leon, Traizy Sarmiento (Geminiano), Sistalynna Brito (Robert), Dizzy T Pama Utoofili (Ve’e) and Asora (Erica) Matamua, Jr. . Daizy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lote Seutupito and Pama Asela Utoofili. Malia Kika Etuale-Leutele and Samuelu Pule Matamua Afitu; brother, Graizy T Pama Utoofili and uncles and aunties.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Pleasant Valley 3rd Ward, 5640 South 850 East, Ogden, UT 84405. Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
