Craig Palmer passed away January 24, 2012 in his sleep. Craig was born in Ogden, Utah June 2, 1977 and raised in Plain City where he attended elementary, junior high and high school. He graduated from Fremont High School in the school''s first ever graduating class of 1995. Craig had many friends and liked to socialize and spend time with them whenever possible.

He had many interests and was willing to share his talents. He worked in the restaurant industry for several years where he enjoyed working with the customers. He had several regular customer groups that always requested him to be their server. He was a foodie at heart who loved to cook. One of his favorite hobbies was to "dissect" food served at restaurants and try to recreate it at home. He enjoyed making cakes and was hired frequently for his decorating skills. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and offer his assistance to anyone. Craig was an avid reader and enjoyed a good movie. He had a great appreciation for the beauty of the outdoors. He had a special love for animals and enjoyed taking care of his cats & dogs. He had a tender and caring heart. He cared for and loved his family and friends deeply. He always made sure that his mother was well cared for. He was especially close to his sister Becky who he referred to as his second mother. They had a special bond that endeared throughout their short lives.

Craig leaves behind his mother, Kristine and stepfather, Tom Willis; father, Glen R. Palmer; his brothers, Brad (Kemmer, KyElle), Blake (Preston and special sister-in-law Jen Jenkins); nephew, Cody Keeney and dear friend Robert Olson. He was preceded in death by his beloved sister, Becky Marshall; nephew, Scot Marshall; niece, Whitney Keeny; cousin, Nathan Miller; and grandparents, Russell and Noreen Palmer, and Earl "J" Hall.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd. Friends may visit family on Monday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery, North Ogden.
