Corey Jay Eldredge, born on October 15, 1957, in Ogden, Utah, peacefully passed away on April 1, 2026, in his hometown of Ogden, Utah. A devoted and cherished member of his community, Corey lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and quiet strength.
Corey achieved his high school education and honorably served in the United States Army, demonstrating his commitment to his country with pride and integrity. His military service was a significant chapter in his life, reflecting his deep sense of duty and respect for the nation he loved.
Outside of his service, Corey found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was an avid sports enthusiast who passionately followed the Denver Broncos, Utah Jazz, and UFC events. These interests were a source of excitement and camaraderie throughout his years. Additionally, Corey held a special bond with his beloved dog Keno, relishing the companionship and comfort that their time together brought.
He leaves behind his girlfriend of over 20 years, Jamie King; his mother, Joyce Henderson McKean; his father, Joseph Underwood Eldredge; his brother, Craig Eldredge; his half-sister, Tammy Perkins and her husband Ken; and his Aunt Janis. Their lives are richer for having known him, and their memories of Corey will forever carry his spirit forward.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Grandpa and Grandma Henderson and Grandpa and Grandma Eldredge, as well as his two dogs, Duke and Casino, whose companionship brightened earlier years.
