Commander Richard "Dick" Case

Commander Richard “Dick” Case passed peacefully on November 23, 2022 in Ogden, Utah at 91 years of age.

He is survived by his loving granddaughter, Stefanie Case; his brother, Joel Case; his daughter and two sons, Carolyn, Bruce, and David; and daughter-in-law, Lorrie.

A Naval Academy graduate, he served with distinction for 25 years including service during the Korean and Vietnam campaigns and upon retiring divided his time between his home in Annapolis, MD where he enjoyed annual summer visits by his granddaughter and biking Quiet Water farms and Eden, Utah where he spent his winters and pursued his passion of skiing. He was much loved by his many nephews, nieces, friends and family.

He is now joining his wife, Marjorie Case; brother, Jim; sister, Sue; and his mother and father, Ruth and Clinton Case in heavenly rest.

A Funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 25, 2022 at St. Florence Catholic Church, Huntsville, UT. Interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
