Colette Ann Rampton

Colette Ann Rampton passed away unexpectedly on November 26, 2025, leaving behind a legacy rooted in deep love, quiet strength, and an unwavering devotion to the truth. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose compassion, warmth, and generous spirit touched every life she encountered. Though she is no longer with us, the love she shared and the kindness she showed will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Colette is survived by her devoted husband, Ryan Rampton; her children, Cayla (Colton Larsen), CJ, Conner, and Caitlyn; and her adored grandchildren, Colter, Carson, and Cobe, who were the joy of her heart. She was also lovingly embraced by her stepchildren, Sean, Brandon, Lucy, and Alex, who brought her great happiness and pride.

Colette is further survived by her siblings, Regina (Michael) Jensen, Bridget (Cody) Garrett, and Shawn (Suzi) Roybal, along with many cherished nieces and nephews who will forever hold her memory close.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Reginald and Olga C. Roybal, and her sister, Calina Roybal.

Family was the center of Colette’s world, and her love extended to her beloved dogs, Teddy Bear and Nala Bean, who were constant companions and treasured members of the family. She was deeply passionate about education and advocacy, driven by a lifelong commitment to truth and understanding. Colette earned her associate’s degree in general studies and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Weber State University in 2023. She became a Certified Victims Advocate and, at the time of her passing, was enrolled in law school, courageously pursuing her dream of becoming an attorney.

Colette embraced life with joy and adventure. She cherished singing karaoke with her husband and close friends Paul and Shauna, Brad and Jami, her beautiful voice lighting up every room. She loved spending time with the fire wives and never needed convincing to hop on a motorcycle—two wheels brought her freedom and happiness. Her laughter, warmth, and vibrant spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Though her time with us was far too short, Colette’s light will continue to shine through the love she shared, the truth she stood for, and the memories she leaves behind. She will be forever loved and deeply missed.
