Clark Macfarlane, 87, passed away Monday, February 6, 2012 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born June 1, 1924 to Erastus and Lillian Macfarlane in Cedar City Utah.

On October 5, 1946, Clark married Betty Ruth Secrist in Cedar City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. They shared 55 years together and lovingly raised seven children, Douglas (Dalene), Steve (Kay), Linda (Randy), Jeffrey (Pam), Roger, Paul (Marsha), Corey (Chelsea).

Betty preceded him in death on January 29, 2001. He later married Mila Vorobieva on November 14, 2005.

A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S Army Air Corps in China Burma India Theater. He eventually retired from Hill Air Force Base and lived out his remaining years in Clearfield, Utah. Clark is survived by his wife Mila, one sister Mary MacDonald, seven children, eighteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his three brothers Dean, Lewis, his twin brother Clair and one sister Eva Mertlich.

His warm smile, twinkling eyes and infectious laugh will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 11th at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.

The family will meet with friends on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
