Carrie Ann Terry April 10, 1940 - February 10, 2012

Our "Little Orphan Annie" passed away after a lingering illness, February 10, 2012 at the Crestwood Care Center in Ogden, Utah.

This little lady was born on April 10, 1940 to David Emanuel and Myrtle Elizabeth Kelsey Johnson.

She had many jobs working in the medical field in Salt Lake and Ogden. After she retired, she took on a new job. It was to wake up early, get dressed and get that makeup on. She always took pride in her appearance. Annie was so pretty, she had the most beautiful eyes. Her favorite thing to do was to talk on her cell phone. She would call everyone she knew on a daily basis just to let them know how her day was going. We miss hearing her voice several times a day. She was a faithful member of the LDS Church.

Annie dearly loved her sons, children and grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Thomas Freemon, Gunnison, UT; her sisters, Enid Coltrin, Oroville, CA; Delores Freeman, Riverton, UT; Etha Mae Lang, CA; and her friend, Cindy Simone.

She was preceded in death by her son, Kelly; parents; three brothers; and three sisters.

We will carry the warmth of her memory in our hearts and miss her cute smile. We will miss teasing her and getting our "Annie hugs" that always left a makeup mark on our cheek or shoulders. We loved her so much!

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit family on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.

A special "Thank You" to her friends and caretakers at Crestwood Care Center. You truly loved her and made her feel like family.
