Carole C. Hymas

Carole C. Hymas passed with grace from this life to the next on Wednesday, September 14, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton C. Clark and Helen Brown Clark.  Survived by her sister, Janet Clark (Reed) Stock;  and her children, Wendy Jacobson Maxwell, Ronald (Iarley) Jacobson, Dennis (Iva) Jacobson, Andrea Putnam (Kevin) Parkinson; her grandchildren, Jay Maxwell, Kimi Maxwell (Jason) Hunsaker, Crystal Maxwell (Jeff) Walker, Jenny Jacobson, Bianca Jacobson, Jadyn Parkinson, Kaleb Parkinson, Joshua Jacobson, Lakyn Parkinson; and  great-grandchildren, Tucker, Shyanne, Colten, Ashton, Tyler Alex, Andrew, Corbin, Carter, and Adam.

Carole was born in Pocatello, ID, and attended Logan High School. She worked at IRS, Browning Arms, and Defense Depot Ogden.  She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Her favorite passion was reading murder mysteries and doting on her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She enjoyed traveling to Europe and riding on motorcycles.
She was a spunky rebel, who always had an insightful opinion on every subject. Carole had such a positive personality and spoke lovingly about all the people she had the privilege to meet. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the North Ogden 4th Ward Chapel, 1791 North 600 East.  Friends may visit with family on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 N. Washington Blvd.  and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.  Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
