He is survived by his wife, Lenore, and family.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, July 16th at 7:00 p.m. at Country Pines Assisted Living, 1706 West 1800 North Clinton, Utah.

Graveside services will be held Friday, July 18th at 10:00 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 Highland Drive, Salt Lake City.
