Peacefully left the arms of his mommy straight into the embrace of our Heavenly Father early on the morning of May 28, 2022, during a family vacation in Wahweap, Lake Powell.
Brody made his grand and humble entrance into this world on the afternoon of February 18, 2022, to his mother, Shania Shae Chadwick, father, Jordan Trystain Chadwick, and big brother, Jaxon Briggs Chadwick. He was 7 lbs. 2 oz. and 21.5 inches of pure perfection.
His precious little life was tragically shortened to only 99 days here on this earth. Although his life was short, it was full of adventures-never a dull moment. He spent every single one of those days with family. Through the remainder of February and March most of his days were spent intimately by the side of our immediate family going to visit Nanas, Papas, Aunts, Uncles, and adoring cousins. April landed Brody’s very first Easter, in which was spent going to as many egg hunts as possible to watch big brother, Jaxon, collect enough eggs for the both of them. May held our last beloved days with our Brody boy. He spent his time going to Lagoon and enjoying the much-needed sunshine. The Chadwick family took a trip to California where he was blessed to stop in and meet family in Las Vegas, before little man was off to spend 3 magical days in Disneyland where he was “Mickey’s most special guest”. His favorite ride was easily “It’s A Small World” where every ounce of him lit up with a twinkle in his eye; he loved the music and dancing as if they were all there singing just for him.
At last, our final day with him was spent with family in our paradise, Lake Powell, where our “forever baby” was tucked in with care, closing his eyes for the very last time. Without a doubt in our minds, Jesus scooped him up and personally took him straight to heaven, where we are sure he was greeted with open and loving arms. Do not shed a tear as he is with us here right now- you will find him in the wind, in that little ray of sunshine, on top of a mountain, or simply in your heart. “Where trouble melts like lemon drops, high above the chimney tops that’s where you’ll find me…somewhere over the rainbow”. Sweet dreams my darling, for the last time on earth until we are reunited in the prettiest spot in the sky.
