Brandon Lawrence Proctor

Brandon Lawrence Proctor, 44, of South Ogden, Utah, passed away in his sleep, July 5, 2024. Born on August 30, 1979, in Layton, Utah, Brandon was a cherished son, brother, father, and grandfather. 

Brandon attended Bonneville High School and Washington High School, where he began nurturing his lifelong interests. A skilled tradesman, Brandon dedicated many years to his career as a roofer and in construction. He even built a garage for his dad. Later he had the opportunity to work at JBT Aerotech in which he loved his job. His work was not just a profession but a passion, approached with the same precision and enthusiasm that he devoted to every aspect of his life. 

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. 

A man of many talents and interests, Brandon had a love for arc welding and had a keen interest in drawing. These hobbies were a reflection of his creative spirit and his constant desire to learn and master new skills.

Brandon is survived by his loving family, mother Muriel Proctor; father, Homer Proctor; grandmother, Helen Proctor; brothers, Roger and Kevin (Megan) Proctor; children, Shaun Sheridan (Shannon) Kayli Proctor (Jace) and Malaki Shortman; grandchildren, Wynter, and Jace, and niece, Kay Proctor. With numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and three special friends, Krystal, Hope, and Camee. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Serenidy Proctor; grandparents, Inez Prather, Lawrence Prather, Rodney Smyth, and Homer Proctor. 

Brandon's life was a testament to his resilience, kindness, and unending love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

As per Brandon's wishes there will be no funeral services.
