CLEARFIELD a€" Brady Robert Schultz, 18 months, went to be with Heavenly Father Saturday, March 14, 2009.
He was born September 21, 2007 in Salt Lake City the son of David and Crystal Schultz. You were loved very much, and a special gift from God.
Surviving are his parents of Clearfield, sister, Cassandra, grandparents, Susan Schultz of Waltham, MASS; Robert and Cheryl Puckett of Hornbrook, CA; and great-grandmother, Mildred Wilson of Yreka, CA.
Preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Schultz Sr.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 6 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary
