Bonnie Boyle Cook, beloved wife of Stanley Roberts Cook, was born on April 11, 1947, and passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loving family, on January 18, 2026.
After graduating from Ogden High School, Bonnie began her career at Hill Air Force Base, where she was cherished for her exceptional typing skills and professionalism. A city girl at heart, met a country boy and fell deeply in love, embarking on a life filled with family, love, and devotion. She joyfully dedicated herself to raising six children, creating a home overflowing with music, faith, creativity, and warmth—a place where love and laughter were always at the heart of everyday life.
Family meant everything to Bonnie. She took great pride in the family she nurtured and loved so deeply. Her legacy lives on through the countless memories she created and the values she instilled—love, compassion, and kindness. Her greatest joy was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Bonnie was a gifted performer and accomplished freelance organist whose musical talents touched countless lives. She played both the piano and the organ and was known for transporting her own organ to performances, a testament to her dedication and love of music. Throughout her life, she shared her talents at the Hill Air Force Base, Weber Club, Riverdale Cinedome, Ogden Egyptian Theater, Ogden Mall, hospitals, retirement centers, Enchanted Evening, Wellington House, and funerals at Lindquists and other funeral homes, bringing comfort, joy, and beauty wherever she played. She had a remarkable way of making people feel welcome and cared for, and her home was always a place of comfort and love.
In her extra time, Bonnie discovered a passion for painting and quickly realized she could create beautiful works of art. Her paintings filled her home and continue to be enjoyed by others in theirs. She was also a wonderful baker and cook, lovingly sharing her talents through meals and treats that brought family and friends together.
Bonnie was a dedicated member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She faithfully served as a ward organist and fulfilled many church callings, quietly serving others with devotion and grace.
Bonnie will be remembered for her generous heart, her steady support, her creativity, and the deep love she gave so freely. She will be profoundly missed and forever held in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
Bonnie is survived by her beloved husband, Stanley Roberts Cook; her sons, Scott (Savannah) Cook and Ryan (Stephanie) Cook; her daughters, Teresa (Gary) Eisert, Cammy (Steve) Floyd, Peggy (Phil) Romney, and Maryann Cook; 23 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren, with more on the way. She is also survived by her siblings, Carol Burnett, James Boyle, Dale Boyle, and Marilyn Perkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Peter Boyle Jr. and Margaret May Warner.
