Beatrice Elaine Davis Dugger

November 15, 1931 — June 23, 2025

Beatrice was born on November 15, 1931, the first-born child of Doran and Glenna “Ruth” Barrow Davis of West Warren. She ended her earthly journey, reuniting with her loving family on the other side on June 23, 2025.

We often heard tales of her youth on the farm in West Warren. In her words, “My childhood was a happy one. Our family, our home was just what a home should be”. She was always looking to improve herself and set goals each year to be better than last year.

Bea married Charles Dugger on June 8, 1951, in Ogden, Utah. They shared 65 years of marriage before Chuck’s passing. Their union produced four sons, of which they were so proud, Bryan (Linnae), Dennis (Lynda), Alan (Cherie), and Larry (Beckie). She and Chuck made a home in Clinton and were there for many years raising their family. She selflessly followed her husband and boys into the outdoors every summer and fall. She was a loving and devoted mother, always cooking and supporting her boys’ many sports and other activities. In their later years they resided in Farr West. Many thanks to their friends and neighbors who selflessly watched over them in their final years.

Bea was employed for many years at America First Credit Union. She was a member of the LDS Church, with a love of the gospel and a firm belief in Heavenly Father’s plan.

Her hobbies included listening to music, reading, genealogy, writing and reading her family’s history, but mostly caring for and worrying about her family.

Bea is survived by her devoted sons; 9 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Don Davis, Steve Davis, and Gloria Avis. Family was everything to her. She was the happiest when she had a baby on her lap! Her kind and tender demeanor will be greatly missed by all.

Once again, her words, “My life is so rich because there is an abundance of love. Each day is an adventure; there are still so many things I want to learn and do and see”. She is now off to her grandest adventure yet.
