LATYON - A very special mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt, friend left her mortal body and returned to the loving arms of her eternal companion, daughter and parents on April 29, 2007.

On June 10, 1925 she arrived into the warm loving home of Joseph Earl and Ollie LaVern Palmer. Waiting there was an older brother, and after her arrival three sisters and another brother made their parents'' home complete.

On October 20, 1948 she married Robert Lee Campbell who would later be her eternal companion because on February 20, 1959, they were sealed for time and all eternity along with their four daughters and three sons in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Her sweetheart passed away on November 17, 1992.

She retired from Safeway''s with 30 years prior to her retirement. Her membership in the church was very important to her. There she held many positions throughout her life: relief society president, primary, nursery, visiting teacher. She also served a mission for several years in the Ogden Temple.

There was nothing she loved more than her family and this showed in her hobbies: crocheting, quilting, sewing, cooking, canning and gardening because you will find her talents in every one of their homes.

She is leaving many memories and all her love with her children Helen (Carl) Wilson, Brent (Cindy) Campbell, Reva (Frank) Eggett, Michael (Rickie) Campbell, James Campbell and Debbie (Johnny) Aranda and son-in-law Ray Platt; 32 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren with two more coming soon and two great-great-grandchildren. She is survived by sisters Marva (Mahlon) Kidd, Nola (Darrell) Ames and brother Dale (Zona) Parkinson; sisters-in-law Rosie Smith and Sarah Waldemar, many nieces, nephews and friends.

Preceding her in death were her loving husband Robert, daughter Judy, her great-granddaughter and her loving parents.

A mother is the only person on earth who can divide her love among all her children and each child still have all her love.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 3, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Roy City Cemetery.
