Our beloved son, Antonio Jacob Baca, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Primary Children''s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He was born November 9, 2011. You were with us for a short time, but we will love you forever.
He is survived by his parents, Jose Ramon Baca Sanchez and Amy Jean Baca of Harrisville; brother, Joshua Michael Baca; grandparents, Jose Ramon Baca Silva and Ana Bertha Sanchez de Baca of Lima, Peru; Daniel Joseph Duffield of Ogden; and Gloria Jean Flores of Ogden; great-grandmothers, Beverly Elaine Duffield and Eleanor Ruth Horton both of Michigan, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 28, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Fellowship Bible Church, 4783 North 3100 East, Eden, Utah. Interment, Liberty Cemetery.
