Alice Patricia Pepe

Alice Patricia Pepe, 89, passed away Friday, October 7, 2011. She was born February 7, 1922 in Throop, Pennsylvania, to Andrew Steven and Mary Ann Kor Schultz. She attended Marywood College. She worked at the Scranton Dry Goods Tea Room and later Dempsey''s Laundry in Pennsylvania.

She married Charles C. Pepe on March 2, 1946. They were happily married for 50 years.

Alice was an excellent cook and baker as well as a gifted seamstress, quilter and knitter.

She is survived by nieces, nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters Betty Ambrosini and Margaret Bushak.

Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, October 12, at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 S. Chapel Street, Layton, UT, with Father Clarence Sandoval officiating. Services entrusted to Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton.
