Alexis Annmarie Weiss

Our mother, sister, daughter, and beloved friend, Alexis Annmarie Weiss, passed away unexpectedly on February 20, 2026. She was born on September 20, 1983, to Susan Bigham and Steven Weiss in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Alexis attended school in Salt Lake City and Bountiful, graduating from Bountiful High School in 2001. As a young woman, she was an active member of Bethel #13 of Job’s Daughters, where she proudly served as Honor Queen. She was also a member of Eastern Star. Alexis graduated from Fran Brown College of Beauty as a Master Esthetician. She had a passion for beautiful makeup and always made sure her eyebrows were in perfect condition.

Alexis, more affectionately known as Lexi, was a bright light for many people; it was hard not to laugh when you were in her presence - her wit was unmatched. She had a love of animals, whether they were dogs, cats, or rats. Lexi found joy in camping, fishing, and being outdoors. She was a talented artist and loved drawing, painting, and tie-dye. She enjoyed all types of music and going to concerts with her daughters.

Alexis will be remembered for her kindness, generous spirit, laughter, and the unwavering love she gave so freely to everyone who crossed her path. She faced life’s struggles with resilience and heart, never losing her love for her family. Her legacy lives on in her daughters and in the many lives she touched.

Alexis was preceded in death by her mother, Suzi, and her grandparents, Dorothy and Charles Bigham, and Sylvia and Artie Lance. She is survived by her daughters, Skylee and Tierney, and their father, David; her father, Steve; her brother, Adam (Megan); her sister, Ashley (Paul), nieces and nephews (Katherine, Cyrus, Anthony, and Sarah); and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Salt Lake Masonic Temple, 650 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah.
