Alan Sato

Alan Sato, born on September 16, 1947, in Ogden, Utah, passed away on April 3, 2026, in Roy, Utah.

He was a graduate of Ogden High School and later Weber State College.

Alan is survived by his wife; his son; and his brother, John (Kristie) Sato. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kazuo and Eiko Sato; and his sister, Elaine Patterson.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 1 p.m. at the Ogden City Cemetery. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.

The family would like to thank the EMS and Roy City Police for their efforts to save Alan.
