Pam J. Richards, 62, of Hillsboro, Oregon, passed away in her home on Thursday, March 4, 2021. The youngest of four children, Pamela Gay Julian was born on March 27, 1958 to Mike and Bonnie Julian in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She graduated from Granite High School, Class of 1976 in Salt Lake. She attended both Brigham Young University and University of Utah and graduated in 1982 with a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Weber State in Ogden. She married David Blaine Richards on June 11, 1980 in the Salt Lake Temple and they are the proud parents of Julieanne (Davis), Stephanie (Prince) and Scott Richards. She has lived in Utah, Texas and Oregon.

Pam has been a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, niece and friend. She has serviced in community, church and civic leadership and teaching roles and will be dearly missed and honored for her contribution and legacy.

Pam is survived by her husband, David of Hillsboro, Oregon, Julieanne (Todd) Davis, Beaverton, Oregon; Stephanie (Eldon) Prince, Alpharetta, Georgia; Scott (Debi) Richards, Milpitas, California; and grandchildren Jennings Davis, Sophie, Ellie, Violet and Audrey Prince and Brooklyn, Parker and Madison Richards; brother, Denny Julian, Los Angeles, California; sister, Janice (Craig) Barrus, Bountiful, Utah and brother Tim (Mary) Julian, South Jordan, Utah.

Pam is preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Goodwin Prince.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah. Friends may visit family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery, 2224 S. 200 W., Bountiful, Utah.
