CHRISTOPHER THOMAS GREEN

Christopher Thomas Green 46, beloved son, brother, husband and uncle, passed away unexpectedly on January 21, 2020 in Centerville, Utah.  Born December 19, 1973 Murray, Utah to Thomas and Dixie Green.  He married Kellie Williams, June 4, 2016 in Kaysville, UT.

Chris was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and earned his Eagle Scout Award at age 14.  He attended Kearns High School.  Chris loved sports; he played soccer, baseball and high school basketball and served as a soccer referee in his youth.  He also enjoyed playing tennis and mountain biking.  Chris was a talented painter and worked many years in that profession.  He was currently employed at Muir.  He recently renewed his love for bike riding and spent the last year enjoying rides with his sweetheart, Kellie.  One of his favorite things to do was watch “his” Dallas Cowboys play football.  Chris had a great smile and personality, and made friends easily.  He had a great love for his family which always came first for him.

Chris, you will be deeply missed, we love you.

He leaves behind his dear wife Kellie; children, Abigail and MacKenzie Green, stepchildren Austin, Courtney, Rhiley and Sadie; mother, sister Melissa Green and niece Kerensa Green.  Preceded in death by his father.

A Graveside service will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Centerville City Cemetery.  Family and friends may visit on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Monday prior to the service, at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, UT.
