Alice Rackham Proctor our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the age of 88.
Alice was born on July 30, 1928 in Ogden, Utah, to Vernie Henry and Grace Mildred Cherry Rackham. She was raised in Ogden.
She married Edward Gerald Proctor on June 30, 1944 in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She enjoyed spending time with her family, exercising, reading, ceramics, crocheting, gardening, sewing, scenic drives, camping, and for many years baking her famous Twister Rolls.
She set a great example throughout her life as a caregiver; and was lovingly cared for by her children during the last few years of her life.
Alice is survived by her children, LeeAnn Lawrence of Ogden, Ron (Tami) Proctor of Eden, and Linda (Robert) Dean of Ogden; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; and one brother, Jerry Rackham.
